PTT No.: GWEDE/PTT/006/2026 –ONE-YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR CAR RENTAL
Global Women Empowerment Development Ethiopia (GWEDE) is a local, indigenous, charitable non-governmental organization working to empower women, youth, and vulnerable communities in Ethiopia. GWEDE is committed to promoting sustainable development, community resilience, and inclusive opportunities through humanitarian assistance and development programs.

Through its programs and partnerships, GWEDE strives to support communities in building a more resilient and sustainable future.
GWEDE invites eligible and qualified vehicle rental companies to submit technical and financial proposals for the provision of vehicle rental services per day with a driver under a Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement is with qualified vehicle rental service providers for the rental of vehicles required for official activities of the organization in Addis Ababa, Borena, East Borena, Dawa, and Liben Zone. The selected service provider(s) shall provide vehicles on a call-off basis as requested by the organization.
Suppliers shall clearly indicate the car brand and whether the quoted prices for the places described separately are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes and submit their official Proforma invoice/financial quotation. Prices shall remain valid for the agreed framework period, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement. GWEDE may award the framework to one or more qualified suppliers, depending on the evaluation and procurement requirements. Description of Cars:

Required Supplier Documents
Interested bidders shall provide: Valid Business License Registration, Business License Renewal, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Company Profile, Vehicle Ownership Documents, Evidence of Vehicle Insurance, List of Available Vehicles, Relevant Experience and References.
