PTT No.: GWEDE/PTT/005/2026 –ONE-YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR STATIONERY
Global Women Empowerment Development Ethiopia (GWEDE) is a local, indigenous, charitable non-governmental organization working to empower women, youth, and vulnerable communities in Ethiopia. Global Women Empowerment Development Ethiopia (GWEDE) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit their financial quotations for the establishment of a one-year Framework Agreement from the date of signing the agreement for the supply and delivery of stationery. GWEDE will place purchase orders with the selected supplier(s) based on its actual requirements. The Framework Agreement does not guarantee a minimum purchase quantity or contract value. Suppliers shall quote unit prices for each listed item.
Suppliers shall clearly indicate whether the quoted prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes and submit their official Proforma invoice/ financial quotation. Prices shall remain valid for the agreed framework period, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Delivery shall be made upon receipt of a purchase order from GWEDE. Payment will be made after satisfactory delivery and submission of the required invoice and supporting documents. GWEDE may award the framework to one or more qualified suppliers, depending on the evaluation and procurement requirements. Description of Items:
